Christmas from the Heart

This year has been one for the books, that is for sure. I think that losing our jobs (and being fortunate enough to have them back), really taught us the value of family and friends and that there is so much more to life than money and things.
However, I just love to give gifts. I love to see people happy and touched by something that I got them. This year, I decided to make most of our gifts. I am so excited about this, I love to get things that people have made for me, it takes a lot more effort to create something than it does to go buy something. I was worried about the holidays this year, worried that I wouldn't be able to get gifts for everyone that I wanted to, but now I can. I hope that people see the value and the love that went into each and every item that I made. I am a little worried that people will judge or think that I should have done more, but I can't do anything about that... all I can do it the best I can and try to make some people smile along the way!
Happy Holidays to all. May you all have many many blessings in your lives.
