Sometimes... I usually put lots of things in the cart and end up putting them back by the end of the trip. Generally I prefer to spend money on Natalee, but occasionally I feel like I've earned the right to splurge a little.
2. How well do you know your neighbors?
I wish I knew them better. I hate that we hardly know the people that live around us. I also wish that we had young neighbors that we could be good friends with. The people across from us have a punk rock band, a pet snake (you know how I feel about that), and it occasionally smells a little like something illegal coming from there. The people on one side of us are really nice and have a little girl about Natalee's age but they are super young and always have tons of people at their house. The house in front of us is under construction (they say done Saturday!!!), so hopefully someone really friendly buys that house.
3. What age are you looking forward to being?
Looking forward to? Uh, that would be none. I don't want to move forward anymore on the age scale. I wish I could go back to being 21 or 22. I loved loved loved being in college. When I go to Corvallis (home of Oregon State University), I get so nostalgic watching all the college kids run around. But, I don't miss the super poor, no food, major debt part of that age.
4. Do you get excited when the mail comes? Why?
Only when I'm expecting a package or a check to come... other than that its usually just all junk mail anyway.
5. What is your earliest childhood memory?
Um, my earliest childhood memory is kinda sad. I'm not sure I want to share it because the rest of my childhood was pretty great. I was 2 years old... we'll leave it at that.
